ISO 27.001 implementation and internal audit
Advanced technical knowledge and proven experience of at least 3 years in:
- Diagnosis, development, and implementation of security systems management respecting the UNE EN ISO 27001:2017 standard and/or previous.
- Diagnosis, development, and implementation of integrated management systems respecting the EN ISO 9001:2015 standard in quality systems management.
- Internal or external audits of the previous standards.
- Results-oriented: ability to plan quality tasks and deliverables on time.
- Descriptive, analytical, synthesis and added-value generation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and suggest solutions.
- Ability to use the Office 365 package.
Verification and control of structural funds and European investment funds
Technical knowledge in the following fields:
- Public procurement and subsidies.
- Accounting and financial auditing.
- EU Structural Funds management systems.
- Control and verification of projects co-financed by EU Structural and Investment Funds (especially ESF and ERDF).
- Production of risk matrixes (ex-ante and ex-post) in the application of anti-fraud measures.
- Application of simplified cost models.
- Recording and reporting of performance and result indicators.
- Results orientation: ability to plan quality tasks and deliverables on time.
- Willingness to travel nationwide.
- Ability to work autonomously and suggest solutions.
- Ability to use the Office 365 package.
Social policies and strategic consulting
Advanced technical knowledge and proven experience of at least 3 years in:
- Design, management, monitoring and evaluation of social public policies, mainly in the field of social services.
- Development and production of studies and reports on the basis of extensive sources of information and using qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
- Participation in sociological research projects and/or in social innovation projects.
- Design and facilitation of participatory and debate spaces.
- Results-oriented: ability to plan tasks and deliverables on time and with technical and format quality.
- Capacity for description, analysis, synthesis, and generation of added value.
- Ability to work autonomously and suggest solutions.
- Ability to use the 365 Office package. Knowledge of other formats or IT programmes such as SPSS is an advantage.
European funds and projects
Advanced technical knowledge and proven experience of at least 3 years in:
- European funds programming. Mainly in the ESF and ERDF Operational Programmes at a national and regional level.
- Knowledge about relevant European and Spanish funding for the social field (ESF, ERDF, Erasmus+, EaSI, Next Generation, PIT and corporate income tax).
- Design, management, monitoring and evaluation of European social projects and of Spanish funding in the social services field.
- Strategic analysis and political advocacy in the social services field with the ability of producing strategic plans, studies, and reports.
- Participation in sociological research projects and / or in social innovation projects.
- Design and facilitation of training spaces with participation and debates.
eLearning
Advanced technical knowledge and proven experience of at least 5 years in some of the following fields:
- Design and management of eLearning and bLearning strategies.
- Design and setting of eLearning platforms, mainly Moodle.
- Design and preparation of resources, activities, content virtualisation (instructional design).
