We provide consulting and technical assistance to the design and development of strategies related to training and knowledge management of social professionals. For this purpose, we use eLearning and bLearning methodologies that will enable the development of new competences (upskilling) in the work teams.  Additionally, we support the momentum and development of learning communities.

  • Consulting: Analysis of needs, design of strategies, selection of technological solutions and eLearning and bLearning projects.
  • Technology applied to knowledge management: eLearning and knowledge management platforms, data analysis and information processing systems.
  • Instructional design and content visualisation: SCORM and xApi content, storytelling, gamification, interactive videos, and multimedia content.
  • Knowledge management applications: Induction processes, competency-based training, training itineraries, improvement groups, collaborative work, and knowledge capitalisation.
  • Adapted methodology: starting situation and context, identification of stakeholders and needs, definition of objectives, communication plan, implementation schedule and the organisation's white paper.
  • Training and knowledge management: training and upskilling strategies, management of learning communities, knowledge management spaces.

    Mercaemprende

    The Mercaemprende project was born as an initiative to promote street vending in 2015 with a pilot project in Cordoba and Malaga. By 2021, it was being developed in 7 cities and is expected to have an impact on around 500 street vendors.

    eLearning Platform “Connect”

    FIIAPP has welcomed digitalisation through Connect, a technological platform that offers support to learning needs. Connect has two modalities: e-learning and b-learning (a hybrid that combines e-learning and onsite). At the same time, it covers the demands from the Asistencia Técnica Pública (ATP).
