This Strategy has been defined by a framework of four years (until 2020), so it has taken the Europe 2020 Strategy as a reference. Its spirit:
- It is aligned with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development of the United Nations, whose objectives include the end of poverty.
- It is inspired by the three pillars of Active Inclusion (according to the Active Inclusion Recommendation of the European Commission): income support, inclusive labor market and access to services.
The design work of this project has been plural: different departments of the Administration have been involved in it, and EAPN Castilla-La Mancha has been consulted, as a representative of the Third Sector of Social Action and various experts in social policies, among which was José Manuel Fresno.
