Under the framework of the “Making the Most of EU Funds for Roma” Program from the Open Society Foundations, this report asessesses the ACCEDER Programme’s experience so as to evaluate what key learning might be transferable to other countries and contexts and make recommendations for improvement. ACCEDER is a programme financed by the European Social Fund through the Operational Programme Fight Against Discrimination.
