  • ECD- health for children aged 0-6

The evaluation aims to provide quality evidence and guidance to inform key stakeholders at national and county level (such as the Governments of the 3 programme countries, the UNICEF country offices and the UNICEF regional office, the ADA among other partners, donors and public authorities) in planning and delivering programmes/services for inclusion of the most vulnerable children in quality universal services.
