The Operational Plan to Fight Against Discrimination (POLcD) started in 2000 with the aim of reducing inequality and promoting the social inclusion of vulnerable people and/or of those at the risk of social exclusion. The Programme has been implemented by 10 bodies: 5 public institutions and 5 social organisations, and has been recognised as a good practice by several European institutions for both the results it has delivered and for its efficiency and social and economic impact.
