This publication describes how it has developed the Anti-Discrimination in the period 2000-2010 operational program, the impact this has had on the social and labor inclusion of particularly disadvantaged groups and the role of social action five NGOs have played as managers and intermediate entities thereof.
Structural Funds and especially the European Social Fund can play a key role not only in the implementation of measures aimed at promoting these population groups but in the articulation of policies of inclusion and employment and NGOs are essential for this purpose.
