My name is Yolanda Soriano and I am Consultant in the Strategic Consulting Department. I am a political scientist with a Master’s degree in Public Policy Evaluation, with honours from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
Since 2016, I have worked in different NGOs at both national and international levels. I have been involved in international cooperation projects for development and education to achieve a global citizenship.
I joined Fresno in 2021, where I mainly focus on strategic consulting through design and evaluation and with different approaches like criterion-referenced evaluations and the Theory of Change. I also work in the design and planification of social inclusion policies.
