My name is Roberto Bernard and I am Consultant in the Strategic Consulting Department. I hold a Master’s degree in International Relations and I have professional experience in both the private and third sectors.
I have flourished my professional career in an international environment. I have actively participated in the introduction of the Housing First model for people experiencing homelessness in Spain. Additionally, I have participated in other projects like Horizon 2020 Homelessness as Unfairness and the Housing First Hub Europe.
I have provided guidance to the Ministerio de Sanidad, Bienestar Social y Consumo de España (Ministry of Health, Social Welfare and Consumer Affairs of Spain), the Ministerio de Desarrollo Social de Chile (Ministry of Social Development of Chile) and the Gobierno de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires (Government of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires in Argentina). I am also the author of the “Guide to European funding 2014-2020” edited by the Plataforma de ONG de Acción Social (NGO’s Platform for Social Action).
I joined Fresno in 2020, where I mainly work on European funds and as a project cycle management specialist in the social field.
