My name is Rebeca Madruga, and I am Project Manager in the Strategic Transformation and Sustainability area. I hold a degree in Business Administration and Management and a Master’s in International Trade. I completed part of my professional training in the United States and Brazil, where I specialized in social entrepreneurship from two very distinct and complementary perspectives: organizational strategy and on-the-ground impact.
I began my professional career by developing strategy and positioning tasks in the private sector. Later, I worked in regional public administration, first developing projects for the internationalization of businesses and managing European projects in the area of social services. There, I specialized in social innovation and public-private collaboration. I continued my professional path in the Third Sector of Social Action, coordinating networks of organizations, developing advocacy actions, and analyzing the impact of public social policies on their target populations.
In 2022, I joined Fresno, where I primarily focus on the design, management and implementation of European projects, as well as the design and development of sustainability strategies and project transfer.
