My name is Prado Serrano and I am Consultant in the Organisational Development Department. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Community Law by the Universidad CEU San Pablo and a Master’s degree in International Relations and Communication by the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. I have an outstanding knowledge of public procurement, funds and gender perspective incorporation.
I have experience in the direction, management and coordination of projects, in fields related to the verification and evaluation of European Structural and Investment Funds (ESI funds), and public policies, especially training, employment and equality. I have worked as Consultant in the management and evaluation of public policies and in the verification of European Funds for organisations such as the Ministerio de Hacienda y Administraciones públicas (Ministry of Finance and Public Administration), the Servicio Valenciano de Empleo y Formación (SERVEF) and the Instituto de las Mujeres (Spanish Institute of Women).
I joined Fresno in 2019 and my main functions relate to the development of organisations, European funds, public management, employment, and equality.
