My name is Naiara Tres-Castro, and I am Project Manager in the Studies, Evaluation and Strategic area. I hold a Master’s in Local Policies, Gender and Development, a Master’s in Public Policy Evaluation, as well as training in PMI and Agile methodologies. I have also a degree in Sociology.
For the past 15 years, I have been involved in the design, execution, and evaluation of projects, social programs, and public policies, both in Spain and internationally. My work has always focused on innovation for improving the design, management and evaluation of interventions, with a strong emphasis on the integration of change theories as a central axis for participation, networking and impact evidence.
I joined Fresno in 2024 to be part of the Public Policy Evaluation team. My main focus is on projects, programs and public policies related to all sustainability development goals, including their design, implementation support and evaluation. We foster social innovation through experimental programs and projects that contribute to the transfer and management of knowledge addressing complex social issues.
