My name is Montserrat Homs, and I am Project Manager in the Strategic Transformation and Sustainability area. I hold a degree in Internationals Relations from the Tec de Monterrey and a Master’s in Economic Development and Public Policies from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. I also have a diploma in Policy challenges in economic globalization from the University of New York.
I have professional experience in managing cooperation projects and Global Citizenship Education projects funded by AECID and the IDB. Additionally, I have coordinated multi-stakeholder alliances with public-private collaboration and social organizations to improve youth employability for those in vulnerable situations. I also have experience providing technical assistance to public administrations in the development of active inclusion policies or in the transformation of social care models.
I joined Fresno in 2023, where I have been involved in the development, design and planning of policies for social inclusion, as well as providing advisory services for strategic transformation and technical assistance for projects funded by European funds to Third Sector organizations.
