My name is Marilina Urrutia Salinas, and I am Project Manager in Fresno’s Studies, Evaluation and Strategic area. I am an economist with a Master’s in Applied Economics and a Master’s in International Cooperation and Public Policy Management.
I have over 10 years of experience in evaluating public policies and social projects, with a particular interest in impact assessments and cost-benefit analyses. Throughout my academic and professional career, I have been recognized by institutions like Fundación Carolina, the Banco de Desarrollo de América Latina y el Caribe, ICDR Canadá and the Ministerio de Salud de Argentina for leading research projects and advancing the evaluation of social interventions.
I joined Fresno in January 2023, where I focus on the evaluation and transfer of European-funded projects for social inclusion and employment.
