My name is Leticia Henár and I am a Consultant in the Strategic Consulting Department. I graduated in Economic Sciences being honoured the Extraordinary End of Degree Award by the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. I also hold a Master’s degree in Applied Statistics by the Universidad de Educación a Distancia (National Distance Education University).
I have experience in the direction, management, and coordination of national and international projects in the fields of social inclusion, employment and gender, among others. At the same time, I have developed multiple socio-economic studies.
My profile is characterized by versatility and complementarity, combining an economic approach with a mastery of both quantitative research methods, including the design and use of surveys using statistical analysis techniques, and qualitative methods. My developed written communication skills have been materialised in the publication of several papers.
Likewise, I have teaching and research experience in the higher education sector, in universities like the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, the Universidad Antonio de Nebrija and the Universidad Educación a Distancia (Distance Education University), and in business schools like the Instituto de Empresa (the Business Institute).
I joined Fresno in 2017 and have focused on research and evaluation of the impact of social inclusion , employment, and gender policies.
