Senior consultant, specialised in research and impact evaluation of social inclusion, employment and gender policies
Leticia Henar is an economist and holds a Master in Applied Statistics from the National Distance Education University and a bachelor in Economic Science, awarded with Special Distinction, from the Autonomous University of Madrid.
She has extensive experience in the direction, management and coordination of national and international projects related to social inclusion, employment, and gender, among others, amounting to over 10 years of experience. In turn, she has developed a long research career with the realization of multiple socio-economic studies. Her career is characterized by versatility and complementarity, combining an economic approach with the mastery of both quantitative research methods, including the design and operation of surveys through statistical analysis techniques, and qualitative research methods. Her written communication capacity is evident in her numerous publications.
In addition, she has teaching and research experience in the higher education sector, both in universities (the Autonomous University of Madrid, Antonio de Nebrija University and the National Distance Education University) and in business school (IE Business School).
