  • Fernando holds a Master's Degree in Strategies and Technologies for Development, a Master's Degree in Public Policies and Programmes Evaluation, and is a specialist in applied social research and data analysis. He has experience in evaluation planning, design, execution and dissemination, mainly in the areas of development cooperation and gender equality.

    Fernando works at Fresno, the right link since October 2019, in the area of strategic advice, involved in different projects of monitoring and evaluation, policies and strategies of both non-profit organisations and public institutions, mainly in the areas of social inclusion of the Roma population, homelessness, people with disabilities and social services.
